Gunz For Hire was founded in 2011 as a joint mission by Ran-D and Adaro – two artists who decided to step far beyond their solo careers and create something heavier, darker and entirely uncompromising.

The result? A project that quickly stopped being a “side act” and evolved into one of the most recognizable live brands in global hardstyle.

One of the key milestones in their journey was the release of “Bolivia,” a track that significantly expanded their international presence. “Bella Ciao,” which surpassed 21 million streams across platforms, alongside signature records such as “No Mercy,” “Plata O Plomo” and “Hard Knock Life,” remains a staple of major festival sets.

Their performances go far beyond music. It’s a fully developed live concept: action-movie-style storytelling, militaristic samples, multi-layered climaxes and energy that escalates minute by minute. It’s structured intensity with cinematic delivery.

It’s no surprise they have headlined events such as Defqon.1, Qlimax, Hard Bass, Decibel Outdoor, Intents Festival and Dominator, while their themed concepts (“Gangsters Paradise,” “No Mercy,” “The Resistance”) have toured stages across Europe, Australia and the United States.

Beyond the stage, they co-founded Roughstate Records – a label that helped define the modern hardstyle sound and supported the rise of artists such as B-Front, Frequencerz, E-Force and Digital Punk.
