Sam Paganini, widely recognized as one of the most influential creators of modern techno, is known for shaping an energetic, dark and atmospheric sound often described as “Sexy Groovy Dark Techno.”

An artist whose productions go far beyond club walls and embed themselves in global techno culture. His track “Rave” became a true phenomenon – over 100 MILLION streams, the most-played techno track in history, more than two months at #1 on the Beatport Techno chart, followed by over 1.5 years at the top of the overall ranking.

It’s a rare case where techno becomes an anthem – recognized on club floors, major festival stages and in the darkest rave underground.

From his first international breakthrough in 1996 (“Zoe” as Paganini Traxx), through releases on Plus 8, Cocoon Recordings and Drumcode, to collaborations with Richie Hawtin – he remains the only Italian artist to have released under his own name on all three of these legendary imprints.

In 2016, he founded JAM, his own label, releasing the album “Zenith” and a series of singles that topped the Beatport Techno Chart. His catalog includes dozens of productions with MILLIONS of streams and industry awards, including Techno Track of the Year for “Polyester.”

From Berghain and Fabric, through Awakenings and Time Warp, to Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival – these are the stages he regularly commands.
