Sam Paganini – widely regarded as one of the key architects of modern techno, known for crafting a powerful, dark and atmospheric sound often described as “Sexy Groovy Dark Techno.”

An artist whose productions extend far beyond club walls and embed themselves in global techno culture. His track “Rave” became a true phenomenon – over 100 MILLION streams, the most-played techno track in history, more than two months at #1 on the Beatport Techno chart, followed by over 1.5 years in the top tier of the overall ranking.

It’s a rare case where techno becomes an anthem – recognized on club floors, major festival stages and in the darkest underground rave spaces alike.

From his first international breakthrough in 1996 (“Zoe” as Paganini Traxx), through releases on Plus 8, Cocoon Recordings and Drumcode, to collaborations with Richie Hawtin – he remains the only Italian artist to have released under his own name on all three of these legendary imprints.

In 2016, he founded JAM, his own label, under which he released the album “Zenith” and a series of singles that topped the Beatport Techno Chart. His catalog includes dozens of productions with MILLIONS of streams and industry accolades, including Techno Track of the Year for “Polyester.”
